! Update 13/03/2025 Account Migration !

If you have purchased one of our plugins through our previous store-front, Tentary, follow these steps in order to gain access to your account and purchases on the new system:

  1. Click the 'Login' located top-right on desktop or in the menu on mobile.
  2. Click the 'Forgot Password' button.
  3. Enter the Exact same email address which you used for Tentary.
  4. You should receive an email allowing to set a new password and gain access to your purchases.

To the Moon(base)!

Previously we used Tentary as our storefront provider, which was a great option at the time. But as our customer base kept growing, so did our needs. Which is why we have made the decision to mover over to a different system called Moonbase, which additionally, allows us to integrate the store directly into the website itself, so no more external pages!

On top of that they also provide a larger toolset which then allows us to focus more on putting you, the customer, first in line to make sure everything is working as smoothly as possible. Over the upcoming days we will be sending out emails that will help in account migration to ensure you still have access to your plugins.

In the meantime the Tentary storefront will stay online to ensure you can access your products without any issues until we have finished the migrated process. If you haven’t made a purchase through Tentary previously, we highly suggest using the new storefront instead.

FAQ

Do I have to migrate before a set date?

Simply said, no. All Tentary accounts have been transferred over to the new system and we are planning on keeping the Tentary shop running for a few months. After the Tentary shop is offline you can still complete the migration to access your files.

Will I lose my products if I don't migrate?

Yes and no. For as long as Tentary is running can download your products there. Do keep in mind that we no longer update the versions there so if you want to download the latest version please finish the migration.

I requested a new password for my email but it says my account doesn't exist.
