We have just released another free update for BUTTERFLY, bouncing it up to version 1.0.3, but what is new? Let’s take a closer look!
To start of, we have updated the appearance and functionality of the tooltips. They should stand-out a bit more and not “fall away” into the styling of the rest of the plugin anymore. On top of that whenever a widget has multiple interactions, small LEFT and RIGHT mouse button icons will appear with the name of the associated action.
Hopefully this should give a better representation of when something has multiple actions instead of having to rely on digging through the manuals!
We have increased the number of SpreadEQ modes from 8 to 24! With a massive change like this the amount of creative sound-sculpting should greatly increase! In combination with the DIFF mode and MIX slider in the footer this unlocks another level of creativity!
We have found some bugs and made sure they are gone, making BUTTERFLY perform even better! This includes some fixes to the SpreadEQ, overall stability and correctly labeling parameters as Meta, which would cause a crash on some AU hosts.
